We offer SMT/SMD Surface Mount assembly to through hole assembly services for volumes from one-off prototypes PCB assembly to short-run projects or medium volume production quantities to speed up time-to-market for customers.

There is no single PCB fabricate house that can meet all the requirements of every customer, that is why we have certified and established close partnerships with many different types of PCB fabricate houses based on the different requirements of our customers, such as urgency of time, design complexity, volume and cost, etc. We will propose the best matching PCB fabricate house from local or overseas as appropriate.

Lead-free PCB Assembly

We offer leading-edge lead-free PCB assembly (Pb-Free) and RoHS-compliant circuit board assemblies. We offer options for no-clean or water clean fluxes.

Leaded PCB Assembly

Although most of the customers use the Lead-free process, there are still some customers who have to use Conventional Leaded Technology. Therefore we still support your PCB assembly with a lead-based solder process. We offer options for no-clean or water clean fluxes.

PCB Component Assembly Capabilities

We have full capability for assembling both SMT/SMD, Through-Hole and mixed technology PCB assemblies. Our surface mount PCB assembly capabilities include BGA, uBGA, 01005 component placements, PoP (Package on Package) and leadless devices assembly. We have accomplished a very challenging PoP assembly with BGA down to 0.25 mm pitch.

Manufacturing  System Assembly Integration

Electronics Box Build Assembly: We are well equipped and experienced in providing a total turnkey manufacturing solution for highly complex and configurable box build requirements. We are flexible to accept turnkey, consignment, and hybrid material solutions per customer requirements. Whatever volume you want to build, we provide OEM customers with complete box build services, with BTO, CTO, software configurations, loading, final test to specifications.
